Modeled after a legendary bar in Chicago, Copper Cellar is designed for social events with the bar elevated at the center of the restaurant. Many unique features give this place its distinctive charm, including a collection of chandeliers that was amassed over five years and several states. Cut-glass and stained glass windows are encased in original, custom-made oak paneling which is still among the finest cabinetry in a retail setting in Knoxville. The original restaurant featured a piano in an alcove above the entry door, making it Knoxville’s first piano bar. Over the years. its popularity as the scene for Sunday brunch, social gatherings, and casual dining continues. As the locals say, “Meet me at the Cellar!”
